Getting some really beautiful red tomatos now ,so i made these in the oven and put them in a jar with some fresh herb and olive oil ,really tasty and pretty.
will be eating them also fresh but maby i will make another jar of these later on as i get more red once
Oh I love tomatoes soooooooooo much! How do you sundry them? Or is this a really silly question? Because I love sundried tomatoes, especially on pasta--fresh pasta, sundried tomatoes cut in tiny pieces, walnuts, a little shrimp, with a pesto sauce and some grated cheese on top... OMG my mouth is watering already lol
